Welcome, I'm Colleen Gelman of THE PROPERTY MANAGER, I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1990 and a Real Estate Broker since 1993 , previously I was a loan officer for a local bank for many years, worked for a local builder and I have been in the property management business since 1999.
